Our Apartments are nestled in the Antioch hills on James Donlon Boulevard with the Contra Loma Regional Reserve right at our backdoor step. A beautiful lake, hiking trails, shopping as well as schools and a hospital are all conveniently within reach. Our on site amenities include a sparkling pool, hot tub, full size state of the art gym, tanning, basketball courts as well as a tennis court are all for our tenants to use and enjoy. We also have a grand clubhouse that can be used for entertaining guests or simply just to hang out with family and friends. Each one of our Apartments are fully renovated featuring new counter tops, tile flooring throughout the kitchen, entryway and bathrooms as well as new nickel light fixtures, fan, faucets and other accessory pieces (such as towel racks etc).
